What machinery is required to produce EPE foam baby blankets?

EPE Foam Extrusion Machine: The EPE foam machine is used to produce EPE foam sheets, serving as the core component of the entire EPE foam baby blanket. EPE foam is an eco-friendly material due to its softness, excellent resilience, and lack of odor. Consequently, baby blankets made from EPE foam are currently the most environmentally friendly mats available. The most commonly used model for producing baby blankets is the 220-type EPE foam machine.

Extrusion Laminating Machine: The laminating machine bonds EPE foam with decorative films (the layer featuring colored patterns on the baby blanket surface), aluminum-coated films, fabrics, OPP films, etc. During lamination, patterns from rollers (common designs include lattice, fabric weave, pyramid, checkerboard, ingot, orange peel, etc.—custom patterns can be engraved upon request) to create a three-dimensional effect on the baby blanket surface. The standard model for baby blanket lamination is the 2200, featuring an effective lamination width of 2050mm and operating speeds of 30–80 meters per minute. It offers user-friendly operation, quick learning curve, and minimal staffing requirements.

Baby Blanket Laminating Thickening Machine: This machine laminates coated EPE foam rolls with additional EPE foam to increase thickness. When laminating two rolls of EPE foam coated with decorative or metallized films, the result is rolls of finished baby blankets or outdoor camping mats.

Baby Blanket Auto Cutting Machine: This machine cuts rolls of baby blanket or EPE foam into individual pad sheets.

Baby Blanket Sewing and Edging Machine: Sells cut pad sheets with non-woven or silk fabric edging to protect the edges of baby blankets.

EPE Foam Pelletizer: This machine reprocesses production scraps from baby blanket manufacturing, head waste from EPE foam production, and substandard EPE foam rolls. It reheats and plasticizes these materials into pellets. The reprocessed pellets can be blended with new material or used as pure recycled material in subsequent EPE foam production runs to create new foam rolls.
