The Horizontal EPE Foam Thickening Machine(horizontal foam bonding machine) is a hot-air bonding laminator that continuously fuses two or more EPE foam layers into a single thicker sheet. It uses Swiss-imported heating elements, reaching working temperatures of 600°C within 1 minute. The horizontal configuration enables high-speed production of 18–60 m/min, with maximum bonding thickness of 5–200mm and maximum bonding width of 2200mm. The machine is also capable of laminating EPE with aluminum foil, paper, and non-woven fabric.
