This Foam vertical cutting machine(EPE Foam Roll Slitting Machine) is mostly used for Foam rubber,upright slicing and moulded slicing work.It uses a continuously running vertical blade with adjustable speed.
It uses a continuously running vertical blade with adjustable speed.This sponge cutting machine may synchronously manufacture all kinds of EVA and epe foam sheet sections. The new developed baffle adopts beeline track both side. The movement of baffle will be steadier, and the orientation will be more accurate and the cutting precision will be higher.
The EPE-LQ2000 model features a minimum slice thickness of 3mm, knife velocity of 7.6 m/min, and machine dimensions of 2500 × 2300 × 1600mm.
