Q: What size fruit nets can the machine produce?
A: The diameter is adjustable within 50-150mm and the length within 50-300mm. Custom sizes are also available upon request. Apples commonly use nets with an 80mm diameter and 120mm length.
Q: How many nets can one machine produce per day?
A: At a rate of 120-800 pieces per minute and operating 8 hours per day, the daily output is approximately 384,000 pieces. Actual output depends on operating speed and material conditions.
Q: Does it require a separate foaming machine?
A: The foam net machine is actually a type of EPE foam extrusion machine. Compared to other EPE foam sheet extrusion machines, the net machine is a smaller foaming machine, and its die head and auxiliary components differ from those of other EPE foam machines.
