EPE baby blanket adopts the innocuous and unpoisonous EPE(PE foam film) as the intermediate material. The front side is laminated by CPP or PE color film, which is using inner printing technology, the users will not touch the hazardous substance directly.

A film laminating machine presses pre-made film onto the substrate using heat and pressure. Its disadvantage is that the roller embossing pattern lacks the three-dimensional clarity of the extrusion coating method. It is better suited for small-batch, multi-variety production.
