Installation and precautions of epe foam sheet making machine

1. The EPE foam sheet making machine should be placed on a level ground, and the concrete foundation of the extruder and the main motor part should be larger than 30cm.

2. The main machine and main motor are fixed by M16 metal expansion bolts, and the rest are laid flat on the ground, not fixed, butane pumps, etc. can also be fixed with M10 metal expansion bolts.

3. Because the foaming agent used in the EPE foaming machine is butane, which is inflammable and explosive, the workshop and warehouse must be ventilated, equipped with explosion-proof fans, explosion-proof lights, explosion-proof switches, etc. 

4. It is strictly forbidden to use open flames in the workshop.  The factory area, the workshop and warehouse should be equipped with sufficient facilities.

5. Place each part of the equipment according to the layout drawing of the production line, and calibrate the center line and level of the unit. The distance between auxiliary machines can be adjusted appropriately according to the workshop site conditions. Auxiliary equipment such as electric control box, anti-shrink pump, butane pump, mixer, etc., should be placed where it is convenient for operation and maintenance according to actual conditions.

6. The electrical appliances of the EPE foaming machine must have good grounding protection.

7. After it is in place, connect the electricity, water, and gas pipelines.

8. Check whether the parts are loose or falling off.

9. Check whether the transmission components are normal.

10. The lubricating oil for the main reduction box of the extruder is medium-duty industrial gear oil (GB5903-86)
