EPE Foam Cutting Machine
The EPE Foam Cutting Machine is a microcomputer controlled industrial cutter designed for precision cutting of EPE, XPE, PE, EVA, EPP, and IXPE foam sheets, rolls, and planks. It uses circular blades and horizontal knives to achieve cutting tolerances of ±1mm. The machine features PLC automatic control, automatic feeding, and requires only 1 operator. Typical cutting width ranges from 60–2100mm, cutting thickness from 2–100mm, and cutting speed up to 60m/min.
